We provide a free, confidential, non-judgemental service available to the people of Thurrock regardless of sex, age, ethnic origin and sexual orientation.

If you are stressed and routinely feeling anxious, tense or depressed and find that these feelings interfere with sleeping, eating, relationships or work, there are a range of services that can help.

We offer support, information and advice to parents with children within the Thurrock area from the antenatal stage (pre-birth) to the age of 5 years old.
